Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard

Policy

The pay and conditions of employment of University staff is generally well above the minimums prescribed in legislation. Should any situation arise where the expressed conditions of employment of any employee do not meet the Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard (AFPCS) the University will apply the AFPCS.

Human Resource Guidelines have been developed for identified situations.
