About OrgPlus
OrgPlus Enterprise is an organisational charting tool which staff at all levels can use to view an up to date, accurate, visual representation of the organisation.
Please note if experiencing problems when using Internet Explorer 10, run the browser in compatibility mode (located at the end of the URL field and to the
left of the refresh icon).
The compatibility mode icon is blue and resembles a page ripped in half.
What can OrgPlus do?
- OrgPlus can display a variety of organisational charts each displaying different data dependent on the type of chart being viewed. Access to charts is role based. Current charts include a base chart, salary, leave balances, team snapshot, vacanc positions and functional organisational chart.
- Through these charts you can see a visual representation of the hierarchical structure where you work.
How can OrgPlus help me?
- OrgPlus provides for easy validation of employee and hierarchical data residing in Alesco and other systems.
- The current workforce structure can easily be viewed.
- Charts can be used to assist in budgeting requirements.
- It is a more visual way of presenting departmental information providing for easier understanding of data.
- For those who prefer a report, data can easily be extracted out of OrgPlus.
- A method of identification using the photo stored in the base chart
