Superannuation

Murdoch University provides Superannuation benefits for staff in accordance with legislative and/or contractual arrangements and obligations.

Default Fund

Murdoch University's default fund for all categories of employees is Unisuper. If you are an employee of either ICL Pty Ltd or MurdochLINK your default fund is Unisuper. You can access Unisuper via the link Unisuper Management Pty Ltd.

Making a Choice

If you would prefer your contributions to a different superannuation fund, you must complete a Choice of Superannuation Fund Form and forward it to Human Resources.

For employees of Murdoch University - Choice of Superannuation Fund Form (SU01)
For employees of ICL Pty Ltd - Choice of Superannuation Fund Form (SU01a)
For employees of MurdochLINK - Choice of Superannuation Fund Form (SU01b)

Contributions to your choice of fund will be applied from the next available pay period after the completed form is received. If there is an interim period between the commencement of your contract and when we receive the form your contributions will default to Unisuper for this period.
