The Vice Chancellor's Award for Excellence for Professional ServicesEligibilityAll continuous full time and part time General Staff, as well as fixed term General Staff with an employment term over 12 months, are eligible for nomination. NominationsNominations for the Award must be received by Monday 26 March 2012. The award recognises achievements up to the end of 2011. General Staff can be nominated individually by their colleagues, supervisor or other members of the University community. Nominations, including a brief outline of the reasons for the nomination, can be forwarded to the Director Human Resources where they will be collated for the Vice Chancellor. The Vice Chancellor will select a winner or winners for the Award, with the assistance of a small panel of General Staff. Nominations may be made on the appropriate form (Word Version) or PDF. RecognitionThe overall winner will receive a professional development grant of $4,000 and presentation of the Award at an appropriate ceremony. The grant can be used for conference attendance and travel, or other professional development activities.
