Murdoch has established the following Grievance Management Procedure in order to assist in managing any instances of discrimination and/or harassment as empathetically, promptly and confidentially as possible. It is for use by both staff and students. It should be recognised that this procedure is a guide only and can be altered to suit the different needs of each individual grievance.

NOTE: The following procedure is designed to assist in resolving EO grievances (i.e. grievances that potentially involve instances of discrimination and/or harassment about EO matters). If your grievance is related to any other issue then you should contact your immediate Supervisor/Manager, Director, Human Resources, Course Coordinator, Head of School or Executive Dean (as appropriate) for assistance.

Students with concerns relating to appeals or issues other than EO grievances should go to the Student Appeals page at http://www.oss.murdoch.edu.au/grievances/
