Office of Human Resources Process Handbook

As part of the Murdoch 2010 Program, the Office of Human Resources (OHR) implemented a new structure, roles and processes in readiness for the changes that would occur across Faculties, Schools and Corporate Divisions. The new structure is designed to ensure that a large number (but not all) of the HR functions currently undertaken in the Faculties, Schools and Divisions will be handled by the OHR or individually by online systems, e.g. MyHR.
Centralising HR services and providing advisory and expertise through a portfolio service delivery arrangement to the University will provide an effective method for establishing and enforcing standardised HR processes, policies, controls and forms. This will provide significant benefits to University staff as advice is provided through the correct channels, in a timely and accurate manner. Please refer to the following for the Office of Human Resources Process Handbook
