Who do I deal with?If you are an employee with a question about your contract, entitlements or leave or a prospective employee returning your contract, please contact the Employee Services Officer (ESO) covering your area directly. If you are a supervisor dealing with a transactional query (leave, allowances, increment, etc.) for a member of your team please contact the Employee Services Officer (ESO) covering your area directly. Office of Human Resources Process HandbookAs part of the Murdoch 2010 Program, the Office of Human Resources (OHR) implemented a new structure, roles and processes in readiness for the changes that
would occur across Faculties, Schools and Corporate Divisions. The new structure is designed to ensure that a large number (but not all) of the HR
functions currently undertaken in the Faculties, Schools and Divisions will be
handled by the OHR or individually by online systems, e.g. MyHR.
