Murdoch Password Help (Others)
Requesting a Murdoch Password (New Person)
A Murdoch Password is allocated to an 'other' person (who is neither staff
nor student) when a Murdoch Authentication & Identification System (MAIS)
entry is created for them by authorised staff in the Office of Information Technology
Services. The Murdoch Username and Murdoch
Password should be collected in person from the IT Service Counter (Level 2,

(PDF) that has been completed by the applicant and authorised by a MAIS
Authorised Agent.

Please Note: A new person, who has a legitimate reason for being unable to personally visit the IT Service Counter (eg. outside Australia at the time), may send a completed application form via internal mail to the IT Service Counter, or arrange with their Authorised Agent for the agent to deliver the completed form to the IT Service Counter.
