Legal Studies (BLS)

Course Code: B1020

This major will provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to analyse the dynamic role and function of law in society, to understand legal concepts and language and to develop expertise in legal research and reasoning. Studies will focus on a range of social welfare and dispute resolution issues.

Duration:3 years full-time or part-time equivalent
Availability: Murdoch campus (internal)
Employment Prospects:Employment prospects are varied. The interdisciplinary nature of the degree and the ability of students to undertake double majors or additional minors enhances job prospects in any field with which law has a connection.
