Students who have completed the three year BSc (Mineral Science) major may enrol in this honours program in order to extend the grasp of the principles studied and develop the ability to do independent research.
An Honours qualification of 2A or higher provides for admission to higher research degrees. Application forms are available from the Prospective Students' and Admissions Centre.
