Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism

This diploma is for those who want to understand and practise print and/or broadcast journalism. It will provide the full range of skills you need to be a news professional, including reporting and writing, print and broadcast news production, law, ethics, journalism theory, feature-writing, subediting, desktop publishing and industry internships.

Qualification:	Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism (PgDipJour)
Duration:	1 year full-time or part-time equivalent
Availability:	Murdoch campus (internal)
Employment Prospects:	The diploma is an industry preparation course. Graduates have gained jobs in daily print, radio and television journalism, corporate communications, public relations, alternative media, and as freelance writers.
