Appeal against academic exclusion

Use this form if you have been excluded from the University and/or Course, however you wish to apply for continued enrolment at the University.

Under the Academic Progress rules for Bachelor, Diploma and Certificates (Rule 12), your Program Chair will consider your case if your application is submitted within 20 days of notification of Exclusion.

If your appeal is based on medical grounds, you must forward original or certified copies of medical certificates within 5 days of submitting your electronic appeal. These certificates should be forwarded to Helen Bartlett, Manager, Faculty Student Administration, Student Liaison and Recruitment, Division of Academic Affairs, Murdoch University, Murdoch, WA 6150. Your appeal will not be finalised until we receive/verify these certifcates.
