MurdochNet Administration

Forms provided by Murdoch University enable users of MurdochNet to either request information from, or submit information to the various sections of the University.

Access to some forms is restricted to users using the Murdoch University Network, or to users who are able to identify themselves by entering a valid Murdoch Username and Murdoch Password when prompted at a login screen.

Not all forms may be completed online. Some forms need to be printed and completed manually. Most of these forms are provided in PDF format and you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to be able to view these forms.
