Garden City Service

If you are unable to contact a person listed above, please note that a Justice of the Peace service is available at the Garden City Community Information Centre (located near the Post Office at the West End of Garden City Shopping Centre).

Hours:: Monday to Thursday, 10.00am - 1.00pm; Fridays from 10.00am - 3.00pm

A Justice of the Peace service is also available during the same hours at the Fremantle Town Hall.

Commissioner for Declarations

The title of Commissioner for Declarations ceased on 1 January 2006.

If you have a document that needs to be independently declared, then it can be declared before any member of academic staff, or before a staff member who is an Accountant, Lawyer, Minister of Religion, Nurse, or a Veterinary Surgeon.
