Assistance with Locating & Using Email AddressesFinding information about people, eg. an email address, is not easy. There are several Internet Directory Services available, although no one provides a complete Directory Service. These services are often referred to as White Page Directory Services or Phonebooks. It may be necessary to use more than one such service to find the email address of an individual. Often the easiest way to find someone's email address is to make initial contact by means of a letter, fax, or phone. Once the address is obtained then email contact can be established via the Internet. Often the simplest way to locate someone's email address via the Internet is to try and locate the institutional or organisational Web site where they work and check for a menu option that is likely to include phone and e-mail information.
