Every graduand will wear the
appropriate Murdoch University regalia. In exceptional circumstances (eg.
religious prohibitions) a variation may be approved by the Graduation
Working Party. |

Only Murdoch graduands and
graduates are entitled to wear Murdoch University regalia at graduation
ceremonies. |

3. |
The regalia for Murdoch
University graduates shall be: |

Bachelor, Diploma & Certificate

Tudor bonnet, gown and hood
Mortar Board, gown and hood
Gown and hood (+ mortar board for Singapore graduations)

4. |
There will be official
Murdoch University robes for the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor. There is a
Senate gown for members of Senate attending without a degree gown. |

5. |
There shall be separate
regalia for honorary degree recipients. |
|
6. |
All new degrees will be
allocated hood colours of the primary degree in their School. |
