The Data Administrator shall be responsible for:

coordinating access to Content held in strategic databases, including:

a. liaising with Application System Custodians re the use of corporate data by Web-based applications
b. liaising with developers of Web-based applications when those applications require access to corporate data held in strategic databases
c. authorising access by approved programs and software applications to corporate data held in strategic databases.
