Section 5.7.3 Responsibility for Foreign Content
An organisation unit or resource area that copies Foreign
Content to a computer on the Murdoch University Network shall be responsible
for ensuring that access to that Content complies with the requirements of the Copyright
Act 1968 and the Digital Agenda amendments.
For such Content to be considered appropriate Content, the
conditions specified in Section 3.1.1.3 Hosting Foreign Content, shall be met.
Liability for providing Foreign Content that does not comply
with the requirements of the Copyright Act 1968, shall rest with
the organisation unit or resource area responsible for copying such Content to
a computer on the Murdoch University Network.
