Section 3 CODE OF CONDUCT
This Code of Conduct defines appropriate
use of Servers, appropriate access to Servers, appropriate Content, appropriate
access to Content, and appropriate Links within Content.
For definitions of Server, Content, and Links, refer to Section 1.5 Key Terms. For clarification of how the terms Server,
Content and Links are used in the context of MurdochNet, refer to Section 2.2 Boundary of MurdochNet.
This document should be read in conjunction with related
University policy and relevant legislation, including:
and other legislation and policies listed in Section 5.3.3 of this Policy.
Any activities that are construed as misconduct with respect
to the use of Servers to host or provide access to Content, the provision of
Content and the use of Links within that Content, shall be resolved by
reference to Section 3.4 Misconduct of this Policy.
