Section 4.1 Registration of Web Servers

Section 4.1.6 Domain Name Server Entries

All Web Servers run on computers on the Murdoch University Network shall have a corresponding entry in the University’s Domain Name Server (DNS).

Entries shall be maintained for all registered MurdochNet Servers and Affiliated Web Servers. All DNS entries for these Servers shall be based on details such as IP address and computer hostname held with their registration records in the Server Registration System.
