The Educational Technology Committee was established in early 2009 to replace the Flexible Learning Implementation Committee (FLIC) and the Learning Technologies Steering Group (LTSG) [LTC/7/2009].

Its purpose is to develop and recommend policies, procedures and guidelines to the University's Learning and Teaching Committee on matters relating to the application of educational technology at Murdoch. This will require the ETC to conduct research into relevant issues, collaborate with other internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate and promote the use of educational technology among staff and students.
