Commencing in 2020, our two-year graduate program available only to Murdoch students provides a unique opportunity for you to benefit from a future-ready professional learning experience. The program can help you launch your career by providing a range of benefits, including:

We invite six Murdoch graduates to join the team in these areas:
- Information Technology
- Finance
- People and Culture (Human Resources)
- Property, Development and Commercial Services
- Legal
- Marketing and Communications.
Eligibility
To be eligible to apply, you will:
- have completed, or will be completing, an undergraduate degree at Murdoch in 2019
- demonstrate a keen interest in pursuing a career in a related industry
- be available to participate in our selection process in October 2019 and start full-time work in February 2020
- be able to obtain and maintain working rights in Australia.

Next steps
After we receive your application, we will let you know if you are shortlisted to progress through to the next stage.
1. Assessment centre
If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to participate in an assessment centre where you will join other shortlisted applicants to learn more about the details of the graduate program.
We will also have the opportunity to learn more about you while you complete assessments within a group environment.
2. Interviews
If you’re successfully shortlisted from the assessment centre, you will be invited to tell us more about yourself in a structured interview setting.
You will meet your potential future colleagues, learn more about the profession and the opportunities available.
Other
Depending on the role you are applying for, other requirements may include psychometric and functional and technical assessments. You may also be asked to provide your academic transcript.
All shortlisted applicants who participate in the recruitment process will have the opportunity to receive feedback.
