University Libraries

Libraries are the heart of learning and research at Murdoch University and we are particularly proud of our commitment to opening up our libraries to our communities and sharing them with our partners. The Rockingham Regional Campus Community Library is an excellent three-way partnership providing benefits to students, industry, community organisations and families in the region.

In order to provide such benefits, libraries must keep up to date with global knowledge by constantly expanding their collections and updating their technology. The Murdoch University Foundation Library Endowment Fund has been set up to provide an opportunity for community minded individuals, organisations and businesses to help inspire and inform people of all ages through access to excellent information and facilities at all Murdoch libraries.

We invite you to support the Library Endowment Fund with a tax-deductible donation. Your gift can be directed to:

  • books and journals
  • special collections in areas such as popular culture, international studies,Indigenous studies, science and technology or children’s literature
  • buildings, facilities and technology
  • special technology for people with disabilities
  • purpose built spaces for learning and research
  • other special projects

We would be delighted to talk with you about how a gift to the Library Endowment Fund could be recognised in your name or in memory of someone close to you. Please call the Development and Communications Office on +61 8 9360 2894 for further information.
