John and Bella Perry Prize

Student: Sally-Anne Grove pictured with John & Bella Perry Awarded for: The best academic performance in an undergraduate commerce degree to a student living in the Peel Region from any year of study Donor: John & Bella Perry |
"I was fortunate enough to receive the John and Bella Perry Award in Commerce. This represents recognition of all of the work I put into my studies. Being a mature age student I knew the value of the degree and what it would mean to my work career, but more than that it was confirmation that I could achieve a status that was previously out of my reach.
Receiving the John and Bella Perry Award has not only meant that I feel a great sense of achievement but my efforts will also be recognised by employers. I brought my family to the award night and they were proud to see me receive my award.
Obtaining my degree was a personal goal. Looking back on my time at Murdoch I can see the benefits flow through all aspects of my life and I feel I have accomplished something for me."
