You may have been referred to by your vet if your pet is showing symptoms of any of the following conditions;
- Cardiovascular disease,
- Respiratory disease,
- Gastrointestinal disease including chronic vomiting and diarrhea,
- Endocrine disease including complicated diabetes mellitus, hypoadrenocorticism, hyperadrenocorticism, renal disease and liver disease, or
- Neurological disease.
What to expect on consultation
A typical consultation is usually 1 hour, during which we will talk with you about your pet’s medical history and the symptoms they’re experiencing.
You will need to make sure your vet has completed the online referral form, or the PDF version which you can bring with you or your vet can email or fax to us.
We will give your pet a physical examination and give you and your vet advice on how to best investigate and manage your pet’s problems. We will also give you an idea of how much it’s likely to cost for any procedures.
We will keep in touch with your vet with regular updates on findings and treatments, which your vet can manage with you.
