Pathology and Clinical Pathology staff

Clinical pathology is staffed by two academic clinical pathologists (Registered Australian Specialist and European Board Certified), a laboratory manager, three senior medical scientists and a laboratory assistant, with parasitology being further supported by a technologist and a laboratory assistant.

Two research masters students in clinical pathology also support the diagnostic, teaching and research activities of the section.

Anatomic pathology is staffed by three veterinary academic pathologists (American Board Certified/Registered Australian Specialist and FRCPath) and one academic biomedical pathologist, in conjunction with a senior technologist, a necropsy technician, and a laboratory assistant.

The histology laboratory, with roles in diagnosis, teaching and research, is staffed by a senior medical scientist and a technologist. Two research masters students in anatomic pathology support the diagnostic, teaching and research activities of anatomic pathology.
