Fees
Fees are to be paid as agreed at the time of enrolment. Payments are to be made every 2 weeks in advance and each family must maintain a “nil” balance on their account at all times.

* Murdoch University students may be eligible to pay the subsidised fee rate. Claim forms for this subsidy are available from the Centre and must be completed and returned to the office with your student number.
+ Meals are not included in the fee and parents are required to provide nutritious lunches and snacks for children attending the centre.
+ Fees are charged for all public holidays and the centre closes only for those public holidays observed by the University.
+ Fess are charged for all days booked whether attended or not
Salary packaging
Salary packaging of Centre fees is available for Murdoch University employees. Please contact Human Resources on (08) 9360 2430 or go to http://www.murdoch.edu.au/hr2/money/money-frp.html for information on Flexible Remuneration Packaging (salary packaging).
Payment of fees
Your child’s confirmed booking may be cancelled if outstanding fees have not been paid in full within 14 days notice.
Your child’s booking will be cancelled if all outstanding fees have not been paid in full before the Christmas/New Year shutdown period.
Late fees
Parents/care-givers are to collect their children before 5:30pm. Late fees will be charged at the rate of $2.00 per minute per child.
Changes to fees and policies
Fees and the Fee Policy may be changed at any time at the discretion of the Murdoch University Child Care Committee, and in the event of a change, the Committee will make every effort to provide reasonable notice of the change to the users of the Centre.
Child care benefit
Contact the Family Assistance Office to determine your eligibility for CCB before starting at the Centre. The contact numbers for the Family Assistance Office are 13 6150, or for information in languages other than English 13 1202.
Some families may be eligible for Child Care Rebate, which can be up to 50% of child care fees. You will need to register with the Family Assistance Office to recieve this.
