Find a course

Kady Smith
3 January 1992 – 28 March 2005
You came into our lives with such enthusiasm and soon trained us in the way you wanted us to be. We wanted you to sleep in the laundry, but you wanted to sleep on our bed and that is of course what eventually happened – after many sleepless nights for us.
Our bed became your favourite place, until in old age you could no longer jump that high, then just being in our room was enough.
You were part of our lives for so long that it’s hard getting used to you no longer being around. This past week since you left us has been difficult and empty. We see you in every corner of the house – near the door, on the verandah and ‘out the back’.
You were such a sweet natured little ‘girl’ – so playful and so soft to touch.
We miss your pretty little face, your knowing looks and your unconditional love!
We miss our daily walks, sharing our lunch with you, your welcome home antics when we came home from anywhere, the night time cuddles on the lounge chair and you being asleep in the walk-in robe under our shirts at any time of the night or day.
We will miss you on our trips to Perth and our stopovers at the park by the river in Williams. We will miss you on our caravanning holidays which you had grown to love.
We will simply miss you!
Goodbye ‘Kady-dog’ – our beautiful Shih Tzu. We will love you forever.
