Curry Rierson

1994-2001

Curry the scuba Lab arrived at our home obese - 36kg! She could hardly walk when we adopted her at age five. Soon she was down to an athletic 24kg, and began to show some of her hidden talents. Land retrieval was merely scratching the surface - underwater excavation was more interesting. She'd stay underwater for up to 20 seconds, eyes open, prowling the bottom for the ideal trophy...and bring up enormous rocks from depths of five feet...

A true friend for our family, a good teacher for her brother Hobbes, she now rests peacefully in her favourite diving spot.
