Alfi Gillett

Alfi was a 10 year old small Silky Terrier, who previously belonged to a
90 year old lady who reached the point where she was no longer able
to look after him. He stayed at the Cottesloe Veterinary Hospital for
about 6 weeks and through a friend I was asked if I could look after him.

He was an adorable, highly intelligent, pleasant companion and a fantastic watchdog,
who made you laugh and brought a smile to everyone’s lips, especially when out walking.

I only had him for a wonderful year and wish I could have him all over again!

In the last days of his life, I knew he was dying and in his last moments
I had him in my arms when he lifted his head, pricked up his ears, licked my hand and passed away.

I buried him at the bottom of the garden near a lemon tree.

With love and fondest memories, Pamela Gillett
