Our "In Memoriam" program is our way to acknowledge the bond forged between pets and their humans, by posting a photo and either a short poem or a story to celebrate the pets who have touched our lives. Please feel free to browse this site where beloved pets are listed under their family name and remember the pets who have improved many lives in the past.

Murdoch University Veterinary Trust understands that people form a unique and special bond with their pets. To recognise this loss of a beloved companion we offer the In Memoriam website as an opportunity to celebrate the life of your pet.

If you are interested in placing an In Memoriam for your pet on the website, please take the following steps:

• Send a story or a poem which will be the wording for your pet’s In Memoriam page. You can either send it by email (vettrust@murdoch.edu.au) or by post (Murdoch University Veterinary Trust, Murdoch Drive, Murdoch WA 6150).

• Send one or two photos of your pet. Photos can be sent by email attachment (each photo as a JPEG or GIF). Alternatively, post the photographs to our address and we will return the photos when the In Memoriam has been posted.

• As soon as the In Memoriam has been posted, we will contact you either by post or email with the link to your pets page. If there is something you would like changed we are more than happy to work with you to ensure your pet’s memorial is perfect for you. The webpage can also be circulated to friends and family as a way to share your memories of your pet.
