The International Trade and Business Law Review provides the legal and business communities with information reflecting recent developments in international commercial arbitration, trade and business. The Review publishes leading articles, case notes and comments, as well as book reviews dealing with international trade and business law, arbitration law and comparative law.

By making a submission to the International Trade and Business Law Review the author is certifying that the submission is their own original work and that work that is not their own is properly referenced. The International Trade and Business Law Review asks that authors notify us at the time of submission if the work has been submitted for consideration to other publications. Before the International Trade and Business Law Review publishes any work authors must advise us whether the work has been published elsewhere or publication elsewhere is pending. The International Trade and Business Law Review reserves the right to refuse to publish work that  has previously been published or has publication pending.

The International Trade and Business Law Review complies with the Australian Guide to Legal Citation, 3rd ed (AGLC3) and the ITBLR’s Style and Formatting Guide, which are both supplied below. The International Trade and Business Law Review asks that authors ensure all footnote citations within submissions comply with the citation rules contained in the AGLC3. Also, authors are asked to ensure the currency of internet references and citations. Where possible, English translations should be supplied where foreign material is cited or quoted within submissions.

Generally submissions received before October will be considered for publication in the upcoming volume in January the following year. Submissions received during and after October will be considered for the publication in volumes published after January the following year. Unfortunately submissions for Vol XVII have now closed.
