ANANYA MITTRA

Ananya is in her second year of a Juris Doctor. She completed her Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Western Australia. Ananya worked in the area of policy and research after graduating, before deciding to pursue a career in law. Joining the ITBLR student review team gave her the opportunity to learn about academic editing. She also had the opportunity to learn about international trade law, an area she has always been interested in. Ananya is excited to contribute to the journal as a student editor. She knows that her time with ITBLR will help her improve her legal research skills as well as assist her in her future prospects in pursuing a career in law.

SARAVANARAJAH LOGARAJAH

Saravanarajah completed his Bachelors of International Business at Murdoch University in 2004. He had since worked in various business sectors before moving to Perth and joining Murdoch University. He views the privilege to be a student editor as a platform to expand his knowledge and keep abreast of the current developments in the arena of international business. He believes the ITBLR would synergise his past commercial experiences with international business law providing him a holistic perspective of international trade and business. Coupled with the critical analysis involved in editing for ITBLR, he looks at this opportunity as an enjoyable approach to improve the essential skill of legal research and writing.

PERVEEN KAUR

Perveen is a second year law student at Murdoch University. She shares a keen interest in arbitration and corporate insolvency law. Perveen believes that working on the ITBLR would serve as an opportunity for her to explore leading principles, ideas and concepts in the International Trade and Business Law arena. As a student editor, Perveen hopes to hone her research skills and understand the intricacies involved in the editing process.

SIOBHAN TREFRY

Siobhan is in her second year of a Juris Doctor. She has a multidisciplinary background, having completed university qualifications in Asian Studies and Counselling previously. She worked mainly in mental health and public service fields before discovering law. Siobhan has experience working in legal administration, secretarial and paralegal work. She currently works part time at a family law firm. Siobhan is excited to have the opportunity to build on her writing and editing skills as a student editor, and looks forward to learning more about international trade and business law.

BELINDA LOFTUS

Belinda has been completing her Juris Doctor on a part-time basis since Semester 2, 2009 whilst working full time with the Department of Health in the area of food policy. Belinda's background is in Public Health and she completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Public and Environmental Health) at Swinburne University in Melbourne in 2004 as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration at Murdoch in 2007. In 2011 Belinda was a member of the Murdoch team that won the International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot competition. This year Belinda has decided to concentrate full time on completing her Juris Doctor and looks forward to expanding her knowledge on international business and trade law as well as honing her editing and writing skills as a student editor.
