SUMAIYAH ABDUL KADER Sumaiyah is currently in her second year of her law degree at Murdoch University. As a student editor for the International Trade and Business Law Review, she wishes to expand her legal knowledge of business and trade relations in the international arena, while acquiring valuable legal writing and research skills that will enhance her career prospects in law. In her leisure time, Sumaiyah enjoys reading good books, cooking for her friends and cycling to university.

NICOLA THOMAS-EVANS Nicola is currently completing her second year Juris Doctor and first year Masters of Applied Psychology (Org) and holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Murdoch University. Nicola has previously published work within a Psychological context and is excited that the Student Editor position on a well received, international journal will allow her to further develop her editing skills, legal academic writing skills and give her insight into the world of publishing. |

JASMINE SIMS Jasmine is commencing her third year of her Law Degree. She has had some success in mooting and trial advocacy competitions and is looking forward to continuing with these in the future. Originally Jasmine started a Journalism degree at UWA before changing to Law. She also works for a large Media company and is looking forward to the opportunity to further improve her editing skills, which she knows will benefit her in the future. |

MICHELLE GAYNOR Michelle is currently studying law on a part time basis having achieved entry to the degree via the pre-law programme offered at Murdoch. In addition to these studies, Michelle works in a commercial law firm as a legal secretary. Working as a student editor on the International Trade and Business Law Review provides an opportunity to develop research and editing skills to a high level of competency and to gain knowledge of the varied issues that can confront the international business community. |

BELINDA LOFTUS Belinda has been completing her Juris Doctor on a part-time basis since Semester 2, 2009 whilst working full time with the Department of Health in the area of food policy. Belinda's background is in Public Health and she completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Public and Environmental Health) at Swinburne University in Melbourne in 2004 as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration at Murdoch in 2007. In 2011 Belinda was a member of the Murdoch team that won the International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot competition. This year Belinda has decided to concentrate full time on completing her Juris Doctor and looks forward to expanding her knowledge on international business and trade law as well as honing her editing and writing skills as a student editor. |
