The School of Chiropractic and Sports Science has developed a lot over the years and continues to do so, with many internal and external activities taking place.
Upcoming events
We have a variety of events on campus throughout the year – our events aim to give chiropractic and sports science professionals the opportunity to meet and interact with other professionals in their field as well as the next generation of graduates.
It also offers an avenue for our students to network and maintain contacts for future integration into the greater chiropractic and sports science communities.

Clinical capsulesMurdoch University has initiated an ongoing series of “Clinical Capsules” designed to refresh and enhance chiropractors’ skills and knowledge in key and developing aspects of patient management. |
Latest news
Our School is also greatly involved in many events outside of the University campus. These events mostly involve our students and staff encouraging and working with the general public in an effort to better their health and fitness.

A South African experience and Mr Price ProIn early July, the School of Chiropractic and Sports Science took Chiro students and graduates to Durban, South Africa for the opportunity to treat clients in an international arena. These clients came in two very different cohorts; an underprivileged community at one of the country’s poor townships, and athletes participating at an international surfing event, the Mr Price Pro. |

Unigames 2011At this years uni games, held in Gold Coast Queensland, 5 Murdoch Chiropractic 4th year students (Kim Prater, Ravin Nair, Nelson Fong, Giulia Bertamini and Rebel Allen) and 1 lecturer (Dr Barrett Losco) attended, providing pre and post game treatments. Approximately 250 treatments were performed over the 5 day event. + more |
