Murdoch Business School

Murdoch Business School offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses across a range of disciplines.

Our courses benefit from strong linkages to the reputable Asia Research Centre and to the Centre of Responsible Citizenship and Sustainability. These links ensure our units align with issues currently affecting organisations globally.

Our programs are professionally oriented, offering a mix of theoretical, practical and soft skills that are highly sought by employers. Furthermore, our postgraduate programs in Professional Accounting and Human Resource Management are accredited by professional bodies.

Our staff are always seeking to develop and strengthen partnerships with local, national and international businesses to help our students develop their professional networks. The School enjoys the member benefits of several business associations, including:

  • The Association of Asia-Pacific Business School (AAPBS)
  • The Australian Business Council Dubai
  • The Australian Marketing Institute (AMI)
  • The Australasian College of Health Service Management (ACHSM)
  • The Melville/Cockburn Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCC)
  • The Rockingham Kwinana Chamber of Commerce  (RKCC)

We also aim to make the transition from university to the workplace smoother, by offering and encouraging students to take part in Domestic and International Internships. For example, students can apply for our Work Integrated Learning program and In Country Studies and Internships in Indonesia through ACICIS.

“If you are looking for an MBA which means more than a pay rise - a chance to make a difference in the world, then come to Murdoch”.
Kath Sugars – MBA

"I chose Murdoch based on recommendations by fellow students at my home university. They told me about high quality facilities, motivated and supportive unit coordinators and staff as well as Australia´s west coast being one of the most beautiful spots in the world. All these aspects created a lifetime experience and convinced me to come here”
