Research

The research will consist of formative and evaluative stages. Initially, the project teams will conduct interviews and focus groups with students and lecturers in Australian and Chinese universities. They will also observe classroom activities and carry out document analysis. The knowledge gained from the needs analysis will assist the teams to develop learning support materials for use in both countries.

Later, they will conduct further research to evaluate the effectiveness of the resources in aiding students’ academic achievement.
