The Aquatic Ecosystems Research Group conducts a variety of research with particular focus on climate change adaptation for aquatic ecosystems, restoration of aquatic ecosystems and its effectiveness, refuges for freshwater biodiversity and connectivity among aquatic ecosystems at the landscape-scale.
