Dr Anthony ArmsonParasitology and pharmacological approaches in treatments of parasitic protozoa Dr Anthony Armson develops pharmacological treatments for parasitic protozoa such as Giardia, Cryptosporidium, Malaria and Trypanosomiasis. He is currently researching Ross River Virus and its interactions with humans. |
Professor Anne McMurrayCommunity and child health, primary health care, quality and safety in healthcare Professor Anne McMurray is currently leading a large research project investigating the biological, family, community and environmental influences on child health and development in the Peel region of Western Australia. She is also part of an interstate research group studying aspects of quality and safety in healthcare focusing on communication during nursing handover. Professor McMurray is Research Chair in the School of Nursing & Midwifery and has an international reputation in nursing and community health. She and has published widely about community health and wellness, primary health care, and in clinical issues, including continuity of home and community care. |
