Associate Professor Brian C Nook

Dean of the Chiropractic and Sports Science School at Murdoch University, Associate Professor Brian Nook is an expert in chiropractic technique and extremity conditions. He is currently investigating how and why a joint loses its accessory motion, and how best to correct it.

Professor Nook is the 1st Vice President of the Federation Internationale de Chiropractique du Sport (FICS), the International body of sports chiropractors, and has served as a lead chiropractor at international sporting events including four Olympic Games.

Dr J Keith Simpson

Chiropractic history, inter-professional relations and allied health

Dr J Keith Simpson is an expert in chiropractic history, inter-professional relations and the future of chiropractic medicine in the evolving healthcare system of the 21st century.

He is a senior lecturer in clinical chiropractic at Murdoch’s community chiropractic clinic.

Dr Bruce Walker

School of Chiropractic and Sports Science

Dr Bruce Walker researches spinal pain, harm from treatment and Indigenous health. His teaching areas include evidence-based chiropractic practice and public health.

A senior lecturer at Murdoch’s School of Chiropractic and Sports Science, Dr Walker has more than 30 years’ experience in private practice as a chiropractor and is a member of the Victorian and Queensland Chiropractic Registration Boards and Editor-in-Chief of the journal Chiropractic & Osteopathy.
