Boxing.png BOXING CIRCUIT combines basic boxing fundamentals with interval training to boost your heart rate and burn hundreds of calories. This is a full body cardio and strength workout that focuses on boxing, strength conditioning and core exercises.

ZEN Zone.png
This 30-minute contemporary guided meditation class is a great escape from a busy or stressful day. Your instructor will help you unwind by guiding you through breathing,mindfulness and relaxation techniques. The Zen Zone is suitable for all people, whether you are an experienced meditator or have never meditated before.
PILATES.png This class involves working the body's muscles in a smooth and flowing manner. It works towards building a strong, centre posture while concentrating on good breathing patterns and a strong mental focus. Gradual progressions are introduced but control is never sacrificed. With this control, postural habits will improve and joint stresses will decrease. Everyday activities such as walking and sitting become more relaxed, graceful and energy efficient.
YOGA.png These Hatha and Vinyasa classes begin with a self–centering warm up followed by a variety of poses in creative sequences to help the body balance, cleanse and purify. With a strong focus on uniting mind, body and breath, poses are held to maximise length & strength in the body and mind, and leave you feeling blissfully refreshed.
Jungle Body.png The Jungle Body® method is functional beat-driven training fusing Dance, Boxing, Cardio and Sculpting. Bar Fit.png

The Zone Bar Fit class is a full body strength class using barbells and plates. You'll work every major muscle group and feel it! This is a muscle sculpting class, and a great complement to your other strength workouts.

Zone Circuit.png The Zone Circuit is a full body conditioning workout that targets aerobic fitness and muscular endurance. You'll move around each station working different muscle groups. It's hard work and tests both your cardio and strength for an all-round challenge. The Zone Circuit will increase muscle tone and boost metabolism.
