We are committed to providing a high quality medical service to our community. We welcome your feedback regarding our service as well as suggestions for improvement.

Should you wish at any time to make a complaint feel free to talk to any Health Service staff. If you prefer you may provide written feedback directly to the Health Service Manager. We take your feedback seriously and are always working to improve our service. We endeavour to resolve complaints in a timely manner.
