Visa and DIAC information
As a current international student at Murdoch, you will hold a visa granted by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) to study in Australia. The type of visa you have been granted will vary according to the level at which you are studying and whether you are sponsored by the Australian government.

Suited to those international students whose main course of study includes: Bachelor Degree; Associate Degree; Graduate Certificate; Graduate Diploma; Masters by Coursework.

Suited to those international students whose main course of study includes: A Masters degree by research or a Doctoral degree.

|

|
Issued to international students who will be studying a non-award foundation studies course or a full time course.

|
|
For students completing a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate course sponsered by either AusAID or Defense issued by DIAC.
|
|
|
|
|
Issued by DIAC to people who wish to visit Australia for holiday reasons or visit family and friends living in Australia.
|
|
|
Required for students who wish to undertake part time work during their study.
|
|
|
