Another pathway to Murdoch: Entry Awards and Media Portfolio
At Murdoch, we offer a number of pathways for students to apply for admission, without relying entirely on an ATAR score.
These entry awards are offered to selected students who wouldn’t usually qualify for entry to uni:
- ATAR Entry Awards - boosts your rank by 5 points
- Director of Admissions Entry Awards - Principal's choice awards open to all school leavers
Deans Entry Awards
These entry awards offer selected high-achieving students (who are interested in that particular course) a place at Murdoch before the final Year 12 exams:
- Dean of Business Entry Award
- Dean of Chiropractic Entry Award
- Dean of Education Entry Award
- Dean of Engineering Entry Award
- Dean of Law Entry Award
- Dean of Psychology Entry Award
We also offer Media Portfolio admissions, which allow students interested in studying certain media and arts courses to submit a portfolio of work instead of using their ATAR score to gain entry.
