In this four-year course, you'll explore history, literature, social sciences and philosophy to gain an in-depth understanding of how the Christian tradition has developed - and its meaning and value today.

You'll study units in Biblical Studies, Church History, Systematic Theology and Practical Theology, and can choose optional units in Religious Studies.


Get the qualifications you need for a career in the ministry

Our Theology course is administered in association with the Perth College of Divinity Inc. It builds on our Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Theology with a fourth year of study which allows you to qualify for ministry. If you complete this course and meet Church requirements, you can be eligible for ordination in the Anglican Church of Australia and the Uniting Church of Australia.

Your career opportunities could include work as an ordained minister, chaplain, teacher or public administrator.
