“I think I have the best job in the world. My employer expects and encourages me to learn and grow as a screen producer, experiment with new techniques and technologies, and explore the boundaries of screen production. Each year I’m provided with a fresh batch of eager young minds to enthuse and inspire and inform. Each year I watch another batch of confident young individuals enter the working world having been influenced, nurtured and supported by me. I can’t think of anything better to get paid for."

John has made music videos for John Butler Trio, The Waifs, Eskimo Joe, Kill Teen Angst, The Scotch of St James and more. He is Producer/Director of online local original music channel www.perthbands.tv and specialises in digital screen production. He has been involved in numerous short films and his virtual set short film "Cyron" was nominated for four WA Screen awards.
