Take on a new challenge in human resources

We are currently the only university in Australia to offer a course like this one. In this coursework qualification, you'll learn about human resource management law and organisational behaviour and management. You will also have the option to complete studies in dispute management, occupational health and safety or comparative employee relations.


Become a qualified employee relations professional

As an employee relations practitioner, you can pursue a range of career opportunities, from specialist employee relations roles in small and large organisations to consultancy and advocacy roles.

After completing this course over one semester full-time or part-time equivalent, you could choose to progress further with our Postgraduate Diploma in Employee Relations Management or alternatively our Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and continue on to complete a Masters qualification.
