Master of Midwifery

The Master of Midwifery provides the opportunity to gain valuable clinical midwifery experience which will enable students to identify learning needs and opportunities to advance communication skills with a variety of health professionals.

Clinical placements allow students to develop a range of personal, interpersonal, psychomotor, critical and analytical skills needed to provide maternity focused health care. Graduates will be eligible to apply for registration as a midwife. Graduates will also be eligible to apply for reciprocal registration with any State or Territory within Australia.
