Murdoch Psychology Clinic


Murdoch’s Psychology Clinic is a low-fee facility open to people in the community. Services are delivered by postgraduate clinical psychology trainees using the latest treatment methods developed from leading research on clinical issues.

All postgraduate trainees undergo intensive training prior to clinical practice and are supervised by experienced psychologists from the School of Psychology.

The Clinic offers help on a range of issues including:

  • problems experienced by children, adolescents and families,
  • headache and pain management,
  • anxiety, depression and stress,
  • bereavement and grief,
  • relationships,
  • social skills and communication, and
  • support for the families of people with developmental disabilities.


The Clinic is a large, modern, welcoming facility with a comfortable reception room, 3 large consulting rooms, a group-room for up to 12 people, kitchen facilities and a resource area for trainees, clinicians and staff.

The clinic also houses a collection of beautiful prints by local artists.
