Graduate Certificate in Drama Teaching

If you're already a qualified teacher, this certificate is designed to make drama teaching one of your specialisations, with a focus on middle school, lower secondary and post-compulsory years.

Train and inspire the next generation of actors

As a specialist drama teacher, you'll have the opportunity to inspire students to gain confidence, improve the way they communicate and pursue their acting and performing ambitions.

Find a pathway to teach

To apply for this course, you need a Bachelor's degree or higher, or the equivalent training and a recognised teaching qualification. If you're not already a qualified teacher, you may be able to apply if you've had at least two years of recent and relevant teaching experience - but please note that this course is not equivalent to an initial teaching qualification.

Once you've completed this qualification, you have the option to upgrade to a Graduate Diploma in Education Studies by completing a further three units (12 points).
