Your learning experience
In both our open and customised programs, our modes of delivery are research informed and road tested. They are about practical and quantifiable business outcomes. Our delivery methods include:
-
Action learning (guided projects with content and processes based in client operations and/or business and management challenges);
-
Experiential learning (simulations and exercises demanding involvement, reflection, analysis and decision making directly referable to participants' workplace circumstances);
-
Case studies (longer case analysis, shorter case discussion, generation of shorter live cases);
-
Facilitated dialogue (sharing of professional experiences, where appropriate, involving senior management from participant organisations); and,
-
Peer instruction (facilitated exchange of peer expertise and insight, involving guided peer assessment of experiential and action learning performances).

Program participants will experience:
-
A partnering approach: consultative and advisory (focused more on specific company issues or challenges and individual needs and less on textbook general management capability);
-
A sustained effort to connect managerial actions to specific organisational issues or challenges, overarching brand imperatives, and to wider contexts;
-
Recognition and engagement of their own knowledge and experience, and those of co-participants in a learning exchange;
-
Engaging, interactive and dynamic facilitators;
-
Themes clearly related to current and prevalent business issues; and,
-
A strong sense of relevance and personal development.
